Salaam Takaful Limited recently hosted its Annual Team Convention - ‘ELEVATE’. In the event dedication and hard work of the whole Salaam, Takaful team was recognized and acknowledged, reflection was put on the industry-leading growth, milestones achievement, and all unprecedented initiatives taken by the company and furthermore, plans for 2022 were also laid forward. The highlight of this year’s convention, however, was the announcement of ‘Proposed Employee Stock Options Scheme – ESOS (subject to all corporate and regulatory approvals)’ which was a surprise for the whole team. Emotions were high when the first batch of 50 inductees in this scheme was called up on stage. to receive their letter of promise. Speaking at the occasion, our MD and CEO Mr. Rizwan Hussain said, “We do not want employees working for us, but partners, who should consider their work for Salaam Takaful, not a job, but their own business with the agenda of progressing, becoming a role model for the whole industry, utilizing the best of their abilities, formulating prosperity for all stakeholders. This is one of the links in a chain of initiatives which will we plan to take to make Salaam Takaful an exemplary enterprise not only in Pakistan but at a global level.” It is an honor to be recognized for the commitment and hard work of the management of Salaam Takaful Limited.
