MOU Signing between Salaam Takaful Limited & Narejo Human Resource
In continuation of our vision of developing employees for personal and professional success, Salaam Takaful Limited has entered into an agreement with renowned Narejo Human Resource lead by Ms. Rahila Narejo. Under this partnership, Ms. Narejo will conduct a comprehensive executive development program for the senior management of Salaam Takaful Limited. The program involves exhaustive six phases spread over eleven weeks of in-person intervention with the objectives to increase strategic thought process, inculcate the best practices with more focus towards incremental productivity as well as a clearer vision of organizational excellence. In recent times Salaam Takaful Limited has shown stupendous business growth and has taken big strides in digitization of its processes with the aim to not only be the leader in insurance industry in Pakistan but to also set new benchmarks in organizational excellence and initiation of this program is another ring in that chain.
